Cleansing Wipes

What are your favorite cleansing wipes? The best ones I've ever used are discontinued! mark Make It Go Away makeup removing wipes are super moist, soft, have a faint scent, and easily take off makeup. Bring them back! The Biore ones have a stronger cucumber/floral fragrance, exfoliate (kind of scratchy surface), and leave an odd tingling sensation. When I wiped off spf with these, it burned!

Silver Foxes

While I was in high school, I remember plucking the few gray hairs my mom sprouted here and there. My mom now resorts to dyeing her hair black.  I've probably had a total of 2 gray hairs so it's not really an immediate concern. However, I do wonder what I'd look like with an entire head of gray.  I've even considered prematurely dyeing my hair. I see many women embracing the look, and I have to admit that they look beautiful!

Review: Two Faced Better Than Sex Mascara

Better Than Sex? This Two Faced smudge-proof mascara is pretty good! The hourglass-shaped brush separated my lashes well and plumped up my lashes without clumping them up. I never wear mascara on my bottom lashes due to flaking, but this stayed put!

Birthdays!

This is one of my most spirited friends. She's now a year older, but she's still got that childlike, endearing Southern way about her.  (You should see how excited she gets about her days of throwing horse manure in the country.)  Note that I wrote Southern girl.  Not Southern belle.  Because she can out burp and out curse any trucker.

What are the odds of celebrating another Georgia gal's birthday in NY?  Miss Thang in the middle was my roommate at a film camp last summer.  The two ladies to the left of her also attended the same film camp. And have Florida roots.  They may be Southern, but I am the most unhealthy eater among them.  I am astounded by all the kale, vegan, gluten-free products they consume.

Life in Pics

This definitely does feel like the longest winter yet.  You know, snow blah blah blah snow.  Sometimes you just have to embrace it.  At least it looked pretty sometimes.

If you embrace the winter, you can get into the wintery theme and excitedly participate in snowy things.

Like snowboarding.  We went to Hunter Mountain recently.

Doesn't my snowboarding partner look creepy? Those goggles combined with the helmet and face mask made me feel like I was hanging out with the Cobra Commander.
