A Chocolate-y Way to Suppress Your Unhealthy Cravings!

Eat chocolate to curb your cravings? Here's a tip from Robert Pagliarini of richerlife.com.

If you eat milk chocolate, try giving dark chocolate a go. Aim for brands that offer 70% or more cocoa (check the label). If you feel like some chocolate, aim for 2 small squares and this should satisfy.
