Drew Barrymore's Flower Beauty Line

source
With Drew Barrymore's Earthy vibe and cosmetic background (she was co-creative director at CoverGirl for six years), it makes total sense that she would venture into a beauty brand that is cruelty-free.  Not only is the Flower collection free of animal testing, but according to a press release, it is "formulated with the same quality ingredients found in department store luxury brands, but sold for a fraction of the price." It is definitely affordable with all of the brand's items are under $15 exclusively at Walmart. And the reason for being able to cut down costs is because Barrymore omitted the advertising and marketing for the new line!

Drew Barrymore stands behind the quality of her brand. I will fight for the better formula, and since the ingredients we use are so fine and prestigious, the colors will stay there.

According to Instyle, "Flower boasts one of the first quadruple-milled loose powders on the market, which creates a smooth, almost-airbrushed appearance thanks to its ultra-fine texture."

If you are thinking about picking up a Flower product, you may also want to consider Drew's favorite item. “I’m really obsessed with the [Easy On The Eyes Long Wear] Eyeliner in Khaki Shimmer,” the actress tells PEOPLE at Lucky Magazine’s Fashion and Beauty Blog Conference. “It’s a perfect smoky, khaki, yummy green that … that really brings a sparkle to your eye.”

Have you had the chance to try out this line? If not, would you use Flower
